Extra options for the sim

This might have been posted before, so my apologies if that's the case.

I've "played" Aviosim in the past.
The "sim" still exists, but it actually costs too much money to unlock all the options, and I've tried it over 20+ times, but I just can't get my airline off the ground. (After six tries, I finally managed to build something here in AWS )
There was also no time limit on the game like here.
Otherwise, the basic concept was the same, but:

1) You had to select and assign all your staff yourself (pilots, flight attendants, pursers, marketing, accounting—you name it)
2) You had to set up the catering yourself
3) You could pamper your passengers with extras
4) you could provide additional training for your staff (languages, service, etc.)

These last three points do allow you to offer a bit more variety on any flight of your choice and enable you to compete more effectively than just with seats and prices, as is the case here.
