List Aircraft to Entire Alliance

Forgive me if this has been suggested before but I wasn't able to find anything using the search function.
Right now when listing aircraft we can either do so to the entire open market or as is typically used with alliances , specific airlines.
I think it would be great to have a third option of 'Within my alliance' the hope with this option would be for airlines that aren't specifically selling aircraft to a target airline but also want to keep the aircraft out of the potential hands of competitors where they could be used against them.

What do people think?

I would also ask for this feature.

While we are about it - lets look at one REAL-WORLD factor you would also find:  Let's say using real-world example: Finnair is selling a dozen of its A320 planes, and then a new airline starts up in Finland called "Budget Finland Airways" (BFA).

Now BFA starts undercutting Finnair on everything and every route that Finnair has long established..... so are the Directors at Finnair going to allow BFA to purchase its aircraft just because they are on the Used market list - NO WAY !!

Please can we also get a possibility in AWS to list planes on the UM but at the same time to be allowed to block any named airline.
