High premium seating

So I have a route with extremely high business demand. I have laid on an aircraft and configured it with high J seating. I still have 3 cabins but the J cabin is largest. First and economy are filling up like normal but business cabin isn't even picking up 1 pax despite the huge demand and low capacity on the route. I am guessing this is something that had been designed into the game. Is there a specific percentage that I shouldn't go over? Any help would be great! Thanks in advance!

What's your RI on the route and CI of your company? Is your pricing set to standard pricing?

Back in the day, there was an airline known as Magic Carpet. The magic was it based at LHR at the start of a game and configured its planes to all C/F seating and did quite well. A specific nerf was introduced to prevent this from happening - basically if your airline has a CI below some sami-random threshold and you have more than 50% of your seats in C/F, you will get nerfed.
