Forgot password reset link NOT WORKING! y

I am trying to rest my password and use the password reset - send email link - but it is not working??

I have included screenshot of the error and I cannot post a BUG Report because I cannot login....


Could Sami or the team please help me be able to reset my password and get the password reset link to work please?

Just tested the p/w reminder myself, and works fine. So might have been something temporary. Try again..


Also, if you read the instructions at the front page of the feedback ( / bug reports) site, it says that you need to create a separate account there to post a report. (Since it's a separate system provided by a third-party)
