New Aircraft with Upgrades

As games progress Aircraft start receiving updates which we may (or not) apply. We do, either to benefit from fuel efficiency or perhaps to have an updated fleet. When ordering new aircraft of the same type we see that the upgrades are not available on purchase. This means that after delivery we have an additional two week delay, plus in real life we would imagine that ordering upgrades on the production line may cost us less. Oddly, when purchasing from the UM, upgrades are an option. What if we have this option when ordering new aircraft?
