MT - where are the used aircraft?

I'm playing Modern Times and there is a total dearth of aircraft on the used market. I know this isn't unusual, and lots of us are busy snapping up aircraft as they appear.

I'm using the 737 NG, and the production line is producing 52 aircraft a month, of which some 20 go to airlines that have ordered them. So what has happened to the other 32 aircraft a month, why aren't some of these entering the used market, especially given the totally empty UM. It's hurting game play being so paralyzed in making any moves.

Could the game be tweaked so more unused production slots are directed to the used market so game play has some pace to it?
