so in the late 40's convair designed a large cargo ac for the USAF called the XC-99. what thay came up with was a heavly modifyed b-36. it could carry 400 troops or 100,000 lbs (45,000kg) of cargo. Pan-Am even placed an order for 15 of the ac in a civilian congiguration called the convair 37.The pan-Am version would seat 200 pax and have a range of 3649 NM.  Sadly the USAF only ever orderd one and after testing decided that it was to big for there needs and with Pan-am as the only other custmer it was cancled. this could be an intresting change to the early game if added to the game
