Cargo Demand Not Matching Supply

I'm sincerely sorry if this question has been answered before (I'm sure it has)but couldn't seem to find an example of it after a few different searches on the forum and discord.

Attached are two photos of my cargo route. It seems that even though the potential demand is 122k, 100 route image, and no other aircraft flying to nearby airports (I checked), I'm still only getting 17k demand with my 34k supply. Any reason that the demand wouldn't reach to the higher potential demand? Is there anyway I can continue to build the demand? This is a similar issue with some of my other routes that I would like to get resolved. Thanks very much!

Did you check the EGNX side for competition?  MAN, BHM and LHR all flying to DVX would impact EGNX-DVX....

Didn't even think of that, haha. That would likely be the issue. Thanks for the reply!

How long have you served the route?

Since the actual demand grows slowly towards the potential, if there is no competition at other airports. You can check the concept explanation there: https://manual.airwaysim.com/simulation-documentation/city-based-demand

I have been thinking of ways to present the competing airports in some better / simpler way, but haven't yet figured out an elegant solution. Suggestions welcome.
