Marketing in USSR

Hi all,
I'm curious about something related to the USSR. Since the country is located both in Europe and Asia, does the "My base country" marketing apply to the whole country or only for the European/Asian part of the USSR???

It's considered the same country.

(And for marketing, the titles of the campaigns are merely descriptive titles on how large / expensive the campaign is)
