CSV Export capability - Yes, that old nut!

I am aware that, if you search for "csv" or "excel" in the feature request area of the forums, there have been numerous requests for this over the past 13+ years.  However, as far as I can tell, these requests have never really been successful.

What is the possibility/probability of adding a feature to export, to a .csv file, using one line per aircraft record, all Financial/Maintenance/Technical data for each of my aircraft?
