Incorrect Ramp Check

I was given a ramp check on my aircraft PH-BFA, a 777 freighter.  I was in the process of loading its flying schedule and it had not flown one leg.  I added the maintenance schedule as usual.  I honestly think someone jumped the gun here and this error should be corrected.  Please respond.

Always schedule the mx first and have the A/B run.  It's randomized

I assume it happened like this:
1. You added routes, the clock turned to next day, then you added check. But your airline got ramp check on the day you added routes, so you got fine
2. You added checks on Saturday, the check expire next Wednesday, and you got ramp check and fine on Thursday
