The Modern Times scenario opens on Friday December 24th!

This game lets you take control of your airline in the present and future era. You will begin after 9/11 when the airline business starts to recover again, and can manage your airline all the way until year 2035. In this game world we will try out a new custom rule for the airline expansion, and there are no fixed limits in growing the airline outside your HQ airport.

The basic settings are:

• Time span: 2003 - 2035, at 30 minutes per game day.
  
• Normal difficulty level / Medium length scenario.
  
• All airports globally and all aircraft models included.
  
• The overall play duration of this game is about 8 months.
  
• Special rule: There is no "aircraft based outside HQ" limitation - you may grow your airline larger than in the regular games (but the normal real-world geopolitical basing limitations do still exist).

This scenario will open at approximately 12 UTC on Friday December 24th (12 UTC is 7am in NYC and 9pm in Tokyo).

Just to clarify...is it just OOB plane limit removed or is it number of bases limit lifted as well?

No limits on number of planes, but otherwise standard basing rules.
