When a New Airport Opens

I would request that when a new airport opens like DFW or IAH, that airlines headquartered in DAL and HOU, no airlines be automatically relocated to the new airport but that players choose to open a base at the new airport and close the base at the old airport if they choose.

I guess the ideal feature would be an additional part of the user interface where a player can make the choice themselves, about whether their base is relocated automatically without needing to PM Sami.
