Set Default Seating Config for Used Aircraft Acquisition by Type

Quality of life thing here -> Current workflow -

1. Select used aircraft from market.
2. Do the purchase screen thing.
3. Change drop down from factory default to whatever my normal seat configuration is for most planes.
4. ...
5. Profit.

New scenario:
1. Select a default seating configuration for each specific plane type (i.e. star a config for the 737-700).
2. Select used aircraft from market.
3. Note that instead of a factory default config, the starred config is the one selected by default (but of course, the others and the factory config remain selectable).
