Real life simulator to manage airlines

Hello!
This platform is (almost) real (and a game) but I wonder if anyone knows about a real life platform that based on given numbers of airplane and a given hub of a real airliner could optimize scheduled flights automatically, choosing the optimized timetables, airports, and so on. Like this game.
