Game unplayable due to very slow screen loading

I have enjoyed this game for many years, but at times I have had issues with screen loading times which eventually seem to resolve themselves.
However over the last few days the screen loading times have made the game unplayable to such an extent that I will have no choice but to delete my airlines :-(

Example - I have been trying to schedule and load just one new route onto one of my planes for 3 to 3.5 hours, and still have not been able to do so.
The screen just gives me the dreaded spinning cursor of the loading scene until it times out (a 5-10 minute cycle), then I have to try to do it again and again and again.

Is anybody else having this issue currently?
Has anybody had this issue and resolved it, if so how?

I am only having teh loading issue with this game as I have loaded many other screens for many other applications (eg You Tube) with no loading issues
I have cleared the cache and restarted my PC many many times.

Any suggestions to help resolve this issue would be appreciated.

The issue is not at our end with 99.9% certainty.

You can see the processing time of our server at the bottom corner of the screen on every page load. If it's more than 1-2 sec then it's not normal.

But the connectivity issues are usually always in connection between you and us. Not necessarily your ISP, but in some routing between the two points in the world (and since we do not have the server at the same physical location as YouTube, your connection works to them).

These are always temporary and usually resolve by itself within hours, but letting your ISP know of this wouldn't hurt since they are the only ones with the possible power to do something about it perhaps.

My post was more directed at my own computer settings being the issue, and wondered what others had done if they had encountered this problem previously.

The interconnect issue between me and your server has had issues previously but as I said it has normally resolved itself within hours, whereas the issue this time has been 2-3+ days.
