Renegotiate delivery date

Would it be possible to add a function to renegotiate a delivery date like in real world? There may be penalties or whatever but the option to still take delivery but just at a later date without having to cancel order and loosing the deposit paid.

Also when ordering an aircraft an option to select first delivery date/slot. This would allow for better fleet planning. ie a new aircraft is announced. I want to take delivery of that aircraft in 4-5 years time for example. If I order now they will start arriving approximately when the next slots are available but I may not want them for a couple of years. It would allow for better fleet planning without having to constantly check the order backlog and delivery slots available.

I could really use this.

Delivery deferrals also.

Also be able to buy aircraft with delivery starting at a specific date.

Say I wanted to buy 50 aircraft starting delivery in Jan. 2020. This way i could organize better multiple block orders and not have all my block orders mixed up with each other.
