Alliance Access After Switching Alliances

Since "confidential" information is often exchanged in an alliance only forum, I just wanted to find out if a member leaves to join another alliance, will that member still have access to his or her previous alliance's forum?

I don't think so. I hope not. 

It wouldn't make much sense because that person left the alliance they were in and joined another one.

When I was playing in game 3, I was in an alliance and then went bankrupt but the forum was still there. Then, I made a new airline and joined a NEW alliance but had access to the old forum. I almost never saw updates in the old alliance's forum but it might have been because it was very loosly organized.

I guess I should have reported it...

I just BKed, and can no longer see the alliance forum.

Yeah, that happened to me in Game 3, also. I was a member of Ameriflight, then I left the alliance and joined 7 Star Alliance and I still had access to both forums.

Did you just leave the alliance, were you kicked out, did you bankrupt or how did you change?

I bankrupted, then restarted and still had acces to my old alliance too...

for me, i just BKed (exit game option) and i still have access rite now
