Server maintenance

AirwaySim's web server system will be upgraded soon. We're moving the services to new dedicated web servers which will provide a bit more speed and resources to our needs for the future.

During the upgrade all games will be paused and website will be unaccessible for approximately 1-2 hours. The update is planned for the upcoming week (30th Nov - 6th Dec) but the exact date will be announced once all preparations are done.

We will continue to use the same ISP and same datacenter as we have for the past three years, and this upgrade is simply a switch to a more up-to-date hardware.

The route maps service (the zoomable/scrollable maps, not the static maps at route planning) is being moved to the new server already now. There should not be any outages to the users of this switch.

The move to the new server is expected to happen tomorrow, December 1st, at about 08 UTC and it will take about 1-2 hours. During this time all AirwaySim services will be unavailable.

Note: The game clocks are being sequenced still so you may see some minor slowless in the day changes and some jumps in the game clocks for the next few hours.
