How to reduce Force majeure factors on plane delays?

I am now suffering 77% of delay reason on Force majeure (unexpected event). However, I don't see reasonable reasons on world event related with any of my HQ or most of my destinations. So I wander how to resolve this problem? How to reduce Force majeure factors on plane delays? My punctuality is only 43%!

Speed world is recovering from the 11/09 aftermath, and punctuality will be crap for everyone for still a few months. Nothing you can do, but your opposition suffers from the same.

In Speed World the 9/11 just happened. You have to ride out these events, there's not much to react when airspace has been partly closed and airports are hugely jammed due to security measures.
