Hey,

Just looking at my income statement, my staff costs are:
1975 Week 4    1975 Week 3    1975 Week 2  1975 Week 1
-276 456 USD  -175 097 USD  -128 901 USD  -127 091 USD

As you can see my staff costs have risen massively this last week. I have just increased my fleet significantly, but have not taken delivery of them yet. My staffing is done on auto. When are new staff hired - immediately you lease a plane or only when it arrives? Or do staff costs rise in the last week of the month? Just trying to figure out where such a massive increase came from!
