Seeking help -- Planes in new base do not fly

I have set up a new base and my new leased plane has arrived for 5 days however it does not automatically fly (after I have assigned them routes).

I have set staff to be automatically hired. I suspect what happened. When I checked the airline map I saw the system incorrectly describe my planes were flying from the first base airport to the destinction when I have double checked that the new plane should fly from the new base. I am not sure is that a technical problem or it is me getting wrong on certain settings.

Any advice? Thank you.
