Game Selection

Hello,

I'm constantly being "kicked out" of the game, being redirect to the pick a game page about every other minute. Very annoying obviously. Using latest Chrome on Windows (80.0.3987.149) and I've already tried to disable all my extensions and start a fresh session (clear out all cookies).

Any suggestions?

Some things to check if you haven't (you probably have done some of these):

- Add-ons and adblock disabled (shouldn't be a factor)
- Clear browser cache
- Restart browser
- Logout -> Login
- Try with another browser if there's something wrong in Chrome
- Any VPN, proxy or other "non standard" stuff in use?
- Browse in one tab only at a time (is not a factor but easier to test this way)
- Default settings to Chrome in regards of privacy / cookies etc.

Have not heard others having issues.

You stay logged in to the site right, but just game selection does not stick? That sounds strange.

Thanks Sami I'll give these a try, yeah it's pretty strange as my actual login session is still there, just have to reselected the game. Seems to come it batches as well. Will report back if your suggestions are not helping

It sounds like you have multiple windows open that are logged in to multiple different games.  My understanding of the backend is that AWS uses PHP session variables to determine which game world you're currently in, so if you open window 1, open window 2, use window 2 to log in to another gameworld, then window 1 is now logged in to that new gameworld (since gameworld is bound to a server-side session and not a client-side one) and if it can't find the aircraft etc. in question it will error and tell you to select a gameworld.

I'm in 2 gameworlds but have one open in my normal chrome and the other in an incognito window so I don't have to login/out and pivot between the two.  The issue seems to be the ajax calls that get cash balance etc. when the timer ticks over another day that logs you out of the gameworld whether you are actively navigating between pages or not, so even if you log back in to the original gameworld in window 2, window 1 will still require you to log back in.

or do like me : one GW on opera, another one on firefox, another one on chrome. Works wonders.
