hi all i need a bit of logo help

hi guys i am running a little airline out of BWI called Corvid Aviation and am looking for someone who would be willing to make a logo and livery (i wouldnt even know were to start) for my airline. Right now i am running convair 440s but plan to expand to f.28  not sure after that but eventualy want to run a220s plan to go mostly smaller airports in the us and wont do much intercontinantle so any advice would also be a huge help. thank you all
