Cabin Crew Scaling Question

I have a simple question, does the number of cabin crew scale with the number of seats in an aircraft?

For example, the 763 needs 6 cabin crew with standard layout: Y: 224, C: 18, F: 0 totalling 242 pax.

However, If i were to say run Y: 136, C: 54, F: 8, with 198 pax, does the plane still need the same number of crew?

This wouldn't make a big difference with a aircraft as big as the 763, but for something like a 777 pax numbers can be drastically different whether the plane is catered for prem cabins vs economy heavy ones.
