Add “New Base” Marketing Option

When the game progresses and I add a new base it would be helpful to be able to target marketing to and from my new city without having to go to the expense and typing of route specific marketing.  So if my initial hub was JFK and I add SFO, I would like an option of starting a general campaign to and from my new base.

Makes me think...

Might be interesting to have something like a "base image". Which in turns influences your route image. Opening a new base would be longer and possibly costlier, you'd need to make you presence there widely known, people would start to know you're operating from there, and RI build up would be long. But once "base image" is set, it would ease (make faster) the growth of the RI as people would check you on a more regular basis.

Means you could less easily bomb open a new base, sure (and I like to do that), but I feel this could be an interesting feature.

I have always found it confusing that I could have a CI of say 100% in say SFO but if I open a new base city in LAX it does not acknowledge that my CI would affect my new RI and increase that more quickly.
