Noticed when you upgrade to winglets on the passenger model and convert to the -BCF freighter, you have to upgrade to the winglets yet again. What gives?

By game mechanics, conversions are considered completely different models, thus a "new" 800BCF is always delivered without winglets.
Same story with the 767-300F, A321P2F, etc.
And same story for hushkits.
