i was just wondering if it was possible to consider an offering feature into the buying A/C section, as a buyer of used A/C so far i only have the option of paying the asking price. is it not possible to have an option of making an offer on the A/C

can be very frustrating when you have less than 100,000 less than asking price and you want to buy the A/C and sometimes the seller wants rid of the A/C anyway
