Registrations with disposable e-mails

We have made some updates to the core systems of our service during April. One change is a more comprehensive check for e-mail address validity during registration. Account creation with temporary/disposable e-mail addresses are not allowed on our site (refer to our Terms of Service) and our systems will detect most of these disposable e-mail providers.

It is important to have a valid e-mail address in your profile for example if you forget your password (the reset link will be sent your e-mail).

So now with this reminder it's a good time to check that all data in your user profile is valid and up-to-date!

Is there any way to change my email address? I don't seem to find where to edit my profile

I have a G-Mail account.   I've had the same G-Mail account for for 10 years because it's the only address that stays consistent.   Some of the service providers I've used over the years don't supply E-Mail accounts and quite frankly, I move around and change providers so often that keeping an E-mail address with one would be a burden.   How is this policy change going to affect me?   Are current account holders in good standing going to be grandfathered in?  Or are we going to lose our accounts with all our credits?

indeed, is GMail acceptable?
I'd say if it weren't, then we wouldn't have more than 25 airlines per GW

Say what? I use gmail as my primary (non-work) email, my junk emails are imported into it, so gmail sorts them out for me and shows them to me in a single mailbox.

Say what? I'm most probably fussy, but I don't like having unread messages (even in sub-folders). So they go where I don't see them  :P

Plus, gmail had nothing I could decently use as email address possibilities.

Disposable email = "Disposable email is a service that allows a registered user to receive email at a temporary address that expires after a certain time period elapses." (in other words, used 99% of the time by spammers)

Gmail is not such a service. :o

Everytime I see some new message in the Announcements forum, my heart jumps in joy at the chance of finally getting a CV540/580/5800 and cargo conversion  :D
