Different route image outward and return flight

Hi all

I have a question regarding the route image. How is it possible that on the outward flight my route image is 29 but on the return flight only 13?
There are no marketing campaigns or different prices that might have an impact.

here are some reasons:
- one leg of the flight cancelled, and therefore did not earn the RI
- B check overlapped one of the legs
- one sided route marketing purchased
