Reminder about user account rules
« on: March 06, 2019, 07:26:31 PM »
Today we've been sending out reminders about the account usage rules to users detected by our account logging. But for everyone else it's also a good time to refresh the rules and terms about using and sharing your AirwaySim account.

The account is for your personal use only and may not be shared with anyone.

The only exception to this rule is a temporary holiday deputy if you are unable to access internet temporarily due to a trip or other similar matter (giving access to your account outside the scope of this rule is not allowed). Please note especially that the duration of the deputy scheme must be predetermined and informed to the administration.

If your household has several people using AirwaySim with their own accounts it's also advisable to inform the administration of this to avoid any confusions.

All user accounts are for individual private use only. It is forbidden to share your account login information (username/password) to any third party. Each user account must be used only by a single person at all times. Exception to this is the holiday deputy scheme explained in the game rules.

If the user knows that he will be away and unable to access his airline, he may appoint another user to take care of the airline while he is away. [ .. ] Every time this exception is used the administration must be notified first (include user names of players, and the duration of sharing).
