More PMs / hour for alliance managing members

The limitation to 10 PMs in one hour is quite problematic for alliance managing members, especially in the early stages of the game, when you have to notify this person, ask something to another one, refuse 2, etc. Then add the fact that you should always put the 2 other alliance managers in copy, and in less than 4 PMs you're already out for 60 mins.

Would be nice if this limit could be raised to 20 for alliance managing members.
