more accurate fuel price prediction

I figured with $12bn in the bank I'd play a bit. Accuracy of fuel price prediction was 83.5%, so I hired 1000 economists and it went to 85%. Hired another 1000 and it stayed at 85%!

Has anybody any advice on how to get the fuel price prediction closer to 100%?

After all it is a prediction so it cannot be fully accurate no matter how many guys you have there thinking of it.
