Especially for the long games:

It would be nice to have a display of sorts showing which aircraft types were historically operated by an airline. I'm struggling to remember how it all
started with my airline in GW1

This would be great, especially in long games as you say.

For each aircraft type operated, when it was first introduced, when it was retired and the peak number operated

I felt the same as you guys from my previous games, so in this current GW4, I made use of the fairly substantial "Airline Description" which we access from the "Settings" page, we can make on our front page so that I and everyone can already do just this:
