10 year AWS anniversary roll call

I suspect some have already passed this milestone and I know some will be clearing it during the course of 2019.

So call me crazy, sentimental, but I think 10 years playing the game is a Milestone worth calling out...so please call yourself out on this thread

plus a huge THANK YOU to Sami. I know we all keep you crazy busy with a billion things, but this is still a great platform for aviation buffs and sim-nuts and you have done an awesome job keeping up with all the tech changes we have seen over the years. Who'd have thought we'd be checking in on phones and tablets or playing these multi-year long world games with all these new options. So cheers to Sami as I know this game is well past 10 years at this point.

Congrats to AWS. It's still interesting after all these years. I am one of those people who joined the forums after learning about this project from Sami's other website. We Finnish avgeeks have a lot to thank him for.

If AWS is only 10 years old, how could my account registration date be 30 September 2007?

12 years in July just gone, I suddenly feel very old!

My first airline was based out of BHX with a bunch of Saab 340/2000s. I was 14 years old and was doing my summer work experience, but I had absolutely nothing to do. Luckily I sat with my back to the wall in the office, so I spent the majority of my time on AWS, quickly changing to an open spreadsheet with a load of random numbers on it whenever my boss came close!
