Antonov Boeing deal

so Antonov can no longer get parts from Russia and had to stop production but they have now struck a deal with Aviall (a boeing owned company) to get the parts they need and Aviall will get exclusive right to service the aircraft built. So what do you guys think this will mean for both companys
