Credit rating not changing

Why has my credit rating not gone up from CCC? My company image is close to 70, I have never missed a loan payment (and for a short period of time I did not have any loans at all), and I make upwards of 6 million in profit per week with my small, almost 2 year old airline.

6 million per week is not enough. My credit rating started go up when I had 10 million per week.
Now I have 18 million profit per week and a credit rating of A.
