How do I avoid flight cancellations?

You can't avoid any whether related cancellations but you can reduce/ eliminate aircraft turnaround cancellations by spreading apart your routes by the recommended turnaround time which gives you ~1% mistake rate. Any other reasons that cause cancellations can't be stopped by changing anything, as far as I know.
