Company image climbs to 50, the plateaus

My company image was rising sharply, then peaked at 50, and has stayed around 49. I have marketing campaigns at both state and national level. I cant figure out why it wont go higher than 50. All route images are still rising and my profits are increasing.

You'll need to throw some more fuel on the fire.

Just state and national?

CrispyOne

Yeah, just state and national. I can only 2 campaigns.

So change your current campaigns with ones that have broader range.

Base, nation, world doesn't matter right, all that matters is the total money spent on marketing, or am I wrong?

Zobelle

The more money you spend....it doesn't nesc matter where you spend it so long as you're spending it.

Overall correct, but not entirely accurate.

Layering your campaign between different medias is better then one expensive world wide campaign. It's also a tad cheaper... till CI 90.

I increased spending on marketing but my CI is still hovering around 50. It gets up to 50, then falls to around 49.3, then repeats.

Check your staffing? Pay raises?

Unusual flight delays?

CrispyOne

Marketing staff efficiency is over 100%. Staff settings are set for auto, so there shouldn't be an issue with staffing. Lately, cancellations due to weather conditions have risen sharply but it is December. Also, that doesn't account for the time that my punctuality was over 85% with very few delays. I have 6 aircraft with all good LF averages. I have a state marketing campaign using radio and TV, plus a national campaign using newspaper, radio, and TV. Additionally, all my routes have a marketing campaign active. I've requested a game mentor, but still waiting for one.

You....have 6 aircraft? (edit: I just took a look, yep..)

Personally your CI may be as high as it can go with the money you're putting into it, the way to raise it is either get more flying metal (and thus increase marketing expense, naturally) or start another general campaign (which at your profit margin I do NOT recommend.)

Luperco

With 6 aircrafts only you cannot have a CI much higher.

The CI depends on how many money you put in marketing and the money is relative to the size of the company (other then the marketing campaigns).

I wouldn't worry about CI at this stage. I also wouldn't put any money in route campaign either. The advantages are marginal and worth only for LH routes.

CI works with plateaus, anyways. in GW2, I'm plateau'd at 90(for 400 planes, mostly medium, a few dozen large).

CI is nice to have, but one shall not overpay for that. At 6 aircraft, your money should be invested in growth, not in CI.
