Hi All
I was a regular user but have not had time in the last few years. I am trying to get back into it and starting in Beginners World :-)

The problem I have is that I keep getting warnings tht I am about to lose slots. As far as I can tell they are in regular use.

e.g. I got this message (on 22 Sept game time)
This is a warning of your unused airport slots. Some of them are about to expire or have been already expired.

You must regularly use the airport slots you have acquired for your routes. Not flying a route for two months (or one month after it has been acquired) will lead to suspension and removal of the slot times in question (aircraft maintenance is excluded).

You are about to lose the following slots if they are not used within one week (please schedule aircraft to these routes immediately, or make sure the schedule is flown):

- Airport: OMDB, day: Mo, time: 18 h 50 min, View route
- Airport: OMDB, day: Su, time: 18 h 50 min, View route
- Airport: LGIR, day: Mo, time: 22 h 50 min, View route
- Airport: LGIR, day: Su, time: 22 h 50 min, View route
- Airport: OMDB, day: Mo, time: 06 h 35 min, View route
- Airport: OMDB, day: Su, time: 06 h 35 min, View route
- Airport: LGIR, day: Mo, time: 10 h 40 min, View route
- Airport: LGIR, day: Su, time: 10 h 40 min, View route

When I go to the first route I see that flights operated on 17, 19, 20 and 22. (Not scheduled on 21 for maintenance.) So only one day was lost and yet I get the warning that slots are in danger?

The other routes seem the same...maybe one cancellation but seems to be running every day.

Am I missing something?

thanks!

If you are scheduling one whole day for maintenance and have bought the slots for that day too, then yes you will have to forfeit them.

The system is only warning you of the slots for that day, not threatening to take away all the slots.

On a related note, why do you have to take out a whole day? You only need 5 hours for an A-check (plus the turnaround time).
B-check runs only once a month, you can schedule flights to overlap B-check.

Thanks.

I did not delete the schedule for the whole day...just the weekly A check. Just those hours so one of the flights goes only 6 days per week. I did not buy the slots for the day that the A check is sheduled.
