Unexplained temporary salary increase.

Has any one else had their salary expense line item rise by 10+ for 3 or so weeks (without giving our raises) and then come back down?  About once every 12-24 months my salary expenses increase significantly for 3-4 weeks and then return to normal without me making any adjustments.  Thoughts?

Actually, it has to do with number of days per month.  Salary is monthly, so it is more in February, less in March for example.

Depends on the month.

Salary is a monthly amount. The daily amount deducted is the amount of the salary divided by number of days in that specific month. Therefore when viewing on a weekly basis, it will change month to month.
