Mid Major Airport with 0 long haul traffic

My HQ is STL and I have 0 long haul need, which I know shouldn't be right.  I don't expect it to require an a380, but a 767-200ER/300ER should be useful a few days a week.  Wondering if this is a bug or is STL really thought of that poorly?  :)

USA demand is modelled that way. LH demand is mostly concentrated upon a few key airports. It's far from perfect, but a really realistic modelization of worldwide demand would mean spending millions(yes, millions).

Looking non-scientifically, the last 100 commercial departures and last 100 commercial arrivals at STL had a total of 4 international flights. 1 from a Cancun, 3 to/from Cancun.
