Are regional airlines viable in this game?  In real life, many regional airlines are subsidized as feeders for the majors who then make the money from long haul transfer passengers, the way the economic simulator works, will I need to run some long haul routs to subsidize regional operations?

At the moment you can fly regional flights without long haul flights flown by your or other companies with same profit as if someone flew those long haul flights you're "feeding".
