"Maximum Cargo Capacity" in aircraft info page should be a range instead

Currently the "Maximum Cargo Capacity" field in aircraft info page, including the tooltip, only display the max cargo capacity for the minimal payload variant. It should perhaps also display the maximun cargo capacity for other variants.
