Addition to Price Management page: Per base adjustment ~

After recently skimming this thread https://www.airwaysim.com/forum/index.php/topic,71140.msg411612.html#msg411612 and a few others, I wondered why we don't have a per base price adjustment capability on the Price Management page.

Right below Global route pricing, there should be a new section called Global base pricing. It only needs to include the same capabilities as offered by the global route pricing tool, just geared towards individual bases. 

This would offer players with multiple bases more price control at the base level for two general reasons:

1. Inflation -  Each base has different inflation curves based off date open and route create dates.
2. Competition growth/failure - As the years pass, competition rises or falls and it become necessary to adjust routes to best suit the environment.

The only ways to currently deal with the above are to globally or individually adjust each route. This presents literally the polar opposites of how to deal with the above problems.

Global base pricing offers an easy to implement middle ground as we continue to debate indepth price management controls.
