Why I cannot place more new aircraft orders?

I've already ordered 380 planes, but I see that there are other airlines that have 480 outstanding new aircraft order.

Why I cannot place more orders?

The limit is 450.  If you are under 450, you can order aircraft, if you are over 450, you can't.

Looks like you have 482 on order, not 380 so, as JumboShrimp said, that is why you can not order more planes. There is also a limit on how many planes you can order from a single line, 300 I think, which could also limit your ability to place new orders.

You are right. I don't know why I saw only 340. Maybe a cached Airline information page.

It does not update your airline page immediately, it takes about a day (game time), but it updates the Aircraft On Order page immediately.  But this page does not have the total.
