Availability of used aircraft

Hi everyone,
isn`t there a massive lack of aircrafts in the used market?
There is no way to find a 320/321 330/340 or 787. Talking about 787-3, I investigated that there are many on with "stored" status, not finding their way into the market. Is this on purpose?

Which world?

BW1 A319/20/21 are rare to find steals on (Less than what it's valued at) and are better off ordered new it appears. On BW2 the avaibility is much healthier and they're often nearly as efficient as neo versions of the same aircraft.
