aircraft brokering

ok so i cant really expand much more due to slot availability so im going to become an aircraft broker, from 2001 onwards i have the following for delivery

25- 737-800
25- A320-200
25- Q400

i reckon these will be the most popular aircraft over the next few years, and will go on sale for just a few million over the value they are worth (due to the convenience). can you think of anything else that will be popular ? its a last ditch effort before the game ends to get up that airline value list

Oh I may be very interested in leasing some of those Q400's depending how things go... or are you just planning on selling them on? I'm not sure I will be ready to buy aircraft by then lol

yeah would be sale only im afriad, otherwise i wouldnt make back the money for buying the planes before game end. you might be in a situation to buy a few by then who knows! i might be able to swing a discount for alliance members!

Shorly if you lease them out you will retain the value and thus just make the income based on the value you set divided by 84 p.m. so in other words you get full pay back in 7 years but still retain the value although the lessee can purcjase at any time by paying 84 times the lease cost.

yeah i realised that and put my planes up for both lease and purchase, have over a hundred leased out now with another hundred and odd on the way
