As i have obtain new aircraft from matket and schedule those planes, it takes a while for them to be delivered, but it warned ne that my route not being flown and thus would get my slot deleted as my aircraft have not been delivered yet and then it tell me i need to acquire those slots again once they expired and aorcraft get delivered. And then players need to click though those pages so many times just to acquire slots for each routes again. Can the clumbersome and unreasonable hindering process be eliminated? I thought I weren't playing those IAP-enriched mobile game that profit from enraging users...

Some airports are slot constrained.  Slots at these airports are a scarce commodity.

So the system does not let you purchase slots (hoard them) without having an aircraft for them.  The system will hold them for you if the aircraft is in the delivery window (yellow background), and route is placed on its schedule.

If a newly created route is not flown, and not placed on the imminently arriving aircraft, then the slots are released (lost).

To add on to JumboShrimp's reply, this is also how it works in the real world.  At IATA Level 3 airports, slots are constrained/restricted.  Each "season" (6 month summer/winter period) there is a conference where airlines request slots, and coordinators allocate slots according to an intricate priority system.  Once an airline has a slot, they retain rights to said slot indefinitely unless their slot utilization falls below 80%, at which point the slot is reassigned.

Most major airports in the world (with the exception of the USA) operate in this manner, so the in-game representation is pretty accurate.  :)  In your case, holding a slot for more than a month would result in less than 80% utilization, thus the system puts it up for reallocation.

I understand that slots are constrained, but there are multiple ways that can be done to enhance that, for instance,
- when a new aircraft enter your fleet, some of its schduled route have no slot, and airports have available slot, it shall be able to purchase slot automatically
- or in the route interface, you can directly use checkbox to select multiple route and then click "buy slot for those routes" instead of having to click into each route multiple times,
- or possibly also change the system from a fixed fee upon route opening to become a consistent fee charged every week so that it would be more expensive to hold slot for a long time and those who acquire slot earlier on would not have cost advantage
- and there are only about a hundred or so IATA level 3 airports around the world, why i have to acquire those slots again even if I am flying to/from airports that no one else fly to?
- and OTOH if you want it to resemble real life situation more than it should check airlines that send multiple narrow bodies onto same short high demand route and automatically cancel their slot after warning to force them change their plane to higher capacity plane

This would be useful.  There is already a "Feature Request" for this.
