How many worlds are the most at one time?

How do I know when a new world will start?

Beginner world's restart regularly, full games restart 1-2 weeks following the conclusion of the previous game. The. Extra full world that will restart is game world 3 which currently has about 7 weeks of real time remaining. This game will be a 40 year game commencing around during 1990 and ending in 2030.
